I agree with most comments, and also feel coaches, who deliberately push beyond the rules (and spirit of the game) are at least partly to blame. For example, a stronger officiating body could have zealously penalised the neck pressure/wrestling when this started and killed it off. But what about...- themanwithnoname

Just a thought - key ingredient missing
Even some small changes would help. Why do Saab, Garrick (and to lesser extent Talau) regularly receive the ball 2, 3 or 4 metres behind the play the ball when working out from our own end? The storm back 3 always receive it "flat" at the play the ball (or forward).- themanwithnoname

Limited time on the field today, but I think he will develop into the smaller fast forward we are lacking. He looks short of first grade level fitness, which hopefully he can work on.
