White must be captain of the ODI and T20 teams

Got to be honest i am enjoying watching a one dayer where they are not playing on a road

Agree - My fav game i ever went to was in the early 90's

Aus all out for around 100 which they defended (tubby taylor taking screamers at first slip)

please dont tell me you are stalking my posts??

And i'll take the kid as a compliment, i havent been a kid for many years.

Only when Warner makes a well constructed century as an opener at test level in tricky conditions, to be followed by David Hussey bamboozling them with his off spinners will I stop wetting myself at your posts Shane.

Hussey was the real man of the match last night, Lee's selection was just a PR ploy. I'm sure he'll be telling his grandkids about the time he got Woakes and Shazad out to notch up a 3 for. LOL.

Where did i say anything about Hussey as a spin option?
Smith is still aweful and Lee is a legitimate paceman,as is Johnson
Hastings bowling was a bit of a worry off the start but unlike Smith he can bat well enough to be classed as a pace allrounder

Lol. No idea.

No idea indeed. LOL, I suppose Binga will be man of the match today as well.

Champion players often have bad days, our nrl team is proof of this

Edit:

On topic i feel that White's batting style is a little to "cavalier" to
really be the test captain yet,one day captain is a bit of a stretch
to while Ponting is still playing and for some reason Clarke is our next
captain....T20 he is a perfect fit

This is not bias,i do not care who wins in state cricket,i dont follow
it and do not consider it as a state vs state a real rep match because
players can transfer for a better salary/chance,in internationals i follow
players, not so much teams besides the ashes itself

332 ODI wickets @ 23, economy rate of 4.7. No idea indeed.

The guy's one of the best ODI bowlers Australia has produced, but he's only been selected for PR. 8 @ 22 for the series.

WAS one of the best ODI bowlers we have produced.

Hussey has 7 @ 13.5 and Smith 6 @ 11.5 so that's how good Binga's going.

And Bollinger has 5 @ 35, Watson 2 @ 61, Johnson 2 @ 26, Hastings 1 @ 90.

Maybe we should open the bowling with Hussey and Smith.

Actually C & C was responding to the figures that were put up for this series.

Not saying Volley doesnt have a point as far as longevity in ODI goes, but C&C was playing what was in front of him.

And Hastings is junk, he must have been in Shanes district too much
