Though I'm only up to episode 2 and have yet to see this dance that's taken the world by storm.

I'm shocked at the actor playing gomez compared to the suave John Astin and this Wednesday seems to be a bit of a try hard edgy wanna be.

That’s sorta why I didn’t sell it. Just the details.
I have to admit the whole Russia v USA plot is as old as the Cold War.
Not to mention trying to keep up with Russian names and the stereotypical Russian goon.
Its watchable, but not memorable like season 1&2.

But, I have just finished a very good true events series. We Own This City. It was released in April so it might have already been mentioned in this thread (too tired to check). This is really good (Yes, this is me selling it!lol)

The investigation of the Baltimore Police Department. Some really fine actors (Jon Bernthal, who I believe is an underrated actor, gets to really shine as the bad boy "Wayne Jenkins") also Jamie Hector who played J.Edgar in the Bosch series all paired up with the producers of "the wire".
Its on Binge. If you haven’t been on before, use the free-trial, watch (6 x 1 hour episodes) and bail.
‘But there is some pretty good content on there. For $16.00 a month/no contracts, it’s pretty good value.
Enjoy.(not if you’re are black and live in Baltimore.)

My mother in law (bless her) always likes a heap of things on tv when she visits. she doesn't have any of the streaming channels.

Somewhere along the line she's begun to think that we have everything and it's easy -and legal- to download.

A month or so ago she gave me the following list, and a tiny 32 gig thumb drive to get these movies and tv series for her.

So after buying a much much bigger drive(s), and a ton of time... she's happy.

That is quite the effort! I would have just bought the monthly subscription and told her she has a month to watch them all until I cancel it. But you are clearly a devoted son in law (or just scared!).
