Walker cleared to play.

@BOZO, There’s no mystery here mate. A spade is a spade and he can piss off and I won’t miss him one bit. Then he can get all the help he needs. But he won’t find it here at Manly. He knows he’s ****ed up for the last time. This is a footy team not a recreation centre for drug offenders and people that push woman around and never will be.I don’t need any court to tell me he,s not guilty. This guy does not belong playing in a professional football team and I don’t care how good people think he is.There is plenty more fish in the sea to choose from. If this guy ain’t guilty then let’s see who gets sued.If someone put me through this then I would be wasting no time suing their ass. I can’t see that happening. If you are innocent then you don’t get put through the media and let people ruin your career without suing their ass. Sentencing pffff.

Walker is probably cooked but if you think back to the Brett Stewart episode you'll remember an innocent man being put through the media ringer, just a friendly reminder he did in fact sue.

Jesus Christ... and to think they let people like this vote...

It's not just this latest allegation. Walker has form. He has been given several chances.
That's why many Manly fans are saying he is not worth the angst.
Purely from a footballing aspect I think he has been disappointing on the whole, given the salary he is on and the reputation he has for being special.

Masters is very hard to contain with his strong running style but doubt that the Tigers would be keen to release one of their better performers if Walker is given the flick from Manly . Much i guess will depend on whether or not Walker will be allowed to resume training with the Manly squad after the Christmas break , this would be the main indicator reflecting the Club >s attitude on the issue of him staying or their wish for him to continue there .

Ha ha the ST Lynch mob is at it again.
It’s funny how you will defend your favs and throw others under the bus
Walker is a champion footballer who needs some life coaching and mentoring. He probably grew up rough and used his footy skills to leverage himself out of many sticky situations.
Guilty or not guilty, I am backing our boy
I've been thinking about the situation lately, and there is every chance he'll be back after Christmas with the rest of the playing group, also a fair chance of being found not guilty depending if the police really want him.

Phew. Thank the heavens for that. I can rest easy now.

"A champion footballer . . ."
I'd like to see that.

The Champion footballer has an Australian jumper . A premiership winning ring and was voted the best centre in the NRL before breaking his leg .
What else do you want to see Walker do mate? Walk on water ?

The courts will decide that . Unless you want to take over the case
Hey Bozo. That’s all fine. The courts will decide whatever they decide. Haven’t you noticed that the world has changed? The judicial system is one thing, then there’s the whole PC agenda shift which now dominates. Add to that the “me too” movement and the so called no dickhead policy, which I personally like but have no idea if it’s reality at Manly. So in the midst of this landscape I say: Sack Walker. He’s damaged now. And saying let the courts decide is kinda missing the far bigger picture.

The big picture to me is there is big hope for everyone .
What is life with no hope . Every time we fail we may as well dig a hole and bury our selves

Nah, no premiership ring - he lost that while he was being a wanker and chucking his food scraps in the harbour, instead of putting them in the bin or just leaving them on his plate like a normal person

I dont know if that was the case but i do know that he has his ring back
https://www.msn.com/en-au/sport/rug...t-it-during-post-grand-final-party/ar-AAzUU4e

If the ring they ‘found’ was genuinely the original one he was given on GF day, that opens up an even worse can of worms - so some very shady characters have ended up with it, but Dylan said it was lost in Sydney Harbour?! (There’s no way it was retrieved off the bottom of the harbour, BTW - if you believe that, then I’ve got a bridge to sell ya).

Or the one retrieved in the drug raids was the replacement ring after the first one was lost - so he’s lost it twice, then? Once in an act of pure dickheadery, and the second time...well, it’s an interesting question as to how the drug dealers ended up with it, isn’t it...?!

Haha, not really.
It was found (allegedly) along with a host of other stolen property, according to the same story quoted above:

"Police arrested a man, 21, at a Gosford home on Tuesday.
Officers allegedly uncovered the premiership ring during a search of the Gosford home.
The 21-year-old was charged with a string of offences, including entering enclosed land illegally, steal motor vehicle, larceny, two counts of aggravated break & enter dwelling with intend steal, goods in personal custody suspected being stolen, goods suspected stolen in/on premises, and possession of prohibited drug."

Hey, I suppose all the other people whose stolen property was located might also be involved in criminal underworld gangs!

Or... or...I know, maybe Dylan doesn't even exist...he might simply be one of @mozgrame 's holograms?

Methinks we desperately need some new Manly stories, the current threads have gone to seed 😉
