The go to play for some when faced with an alternate thought process is to call the person Biff. I find it amusing that there are a handful of posters who display Biff like behaviour yet somehow escape the glare of the "biff light." Respectfully, do you have a problem with the much more incendiary criticism that gets routinely gets directed at the club, coach, and 28 other players (most of whom get paid much less)... or is it only an issue when Jake and Tom get criticised?

Some people go too far. But this club is about to miss the finals for the 7th time in the last 11 seasons (under 4 coaches). Either all players should be fair game for criticism if their on-field performance warrants it, or none of them should be. But if it's the latter then there wouldn't be a discussion forum.

The posts I've read lately have pretty much landed the whole fall of the Manly empire at the feet of the brothers.

We all know what Tommy has been through with injuries and he's done everything the club has asked of him. He had no way of knowing the injuries that were ahead of him when he signed his contract and, when the injuries kept happening, attempted to get his contract reduced. Yep, he's out of form but he never stops trying.

Seibold has no idea what to do with Jake and is ruining what's left of his career. His defence was massively missed last week as was his motivational rants.

All I want from Manly players is to keep trying their guts out with every ounce of talent they have, and this is what we get from Tom and Jake.

I remain hopeful that Tommy overcomes his confidence issues and that a new coach uses Jake's abilities.

Criticism is fine, but the pile on I've seen lately toward two former rep players who put in every week and love the club has left me in despair

One thing I do feel very very sorry for is the boys deserved to win a GF before their days were done.

It’s clear that isn’t going happen as I really can’t see us getting anywhere near a big one anytime soon.

There wouldn’t be two more deserving winners in our history than them.

Almost all of our greats have a Premiership.

For that I’m really sad.

Is that first picture suggesting that in an emergency you should headbutt the back of the seat in front of you? And the last picture seems to be suggesting that at the first sign of trouble, open the emergency exit door and jump out in mid air.

Seems unorthodox, but I guess they’re the experts. I understand that these cards have saved countless lives in jet crashes.
