Tim Cleary resigns as CEO effective immediately

That attitude coming from the top allows Silvertails to be the weird and lively place it is!

What that I'm batman?

Seriously though if everyone adopted the fact that we all have an affinity with the sea eagles and we are all individuals and that we are all capable of our own thoughts we could have an even more amazing place here

I heard the Tony Mestrov speculation again today. Be good to get a former Manly man back at the helm.
I don't think so though. Annersley and the Titans in general have huge wraps on Tony's ability as their COO.
Im backing mestrov to be the new ceo . Waiting on announcement.

I'm just flabbergasted that any rational person gives a sliding sh11t who the CEO is.
No one cares about the individual per se, but we care about the unstable structure. 😎

Instead of focusing 100% on progressing the Manly brand, it's a constant inhouse ego fest and/or recruitment drive for yet another admin staff 😕

My thoughts exactly, but I'm fast coming to the point of not giving a **** anymore.

MY point is that no CEO has or will have any power other than that given by Penn. It (the CEO) position has been reduced to that of a functionary, simply by the fact that Penn is owner and executive chairman.

No decision of any weight can, or will be made without prior approval.

For example .. if the CEO decides Penn is responsible for the "instability" what action can he take?

The Penn's hired the CEOs, then all have been flicked/resigned in frustration.

Therefore the scope of their duties must not be as defined in the interview process.

Yet the very same scenario is repeated 6 months later, by the same Owner with majority control 😕

@HappilyManly The short answer is that the role required is that of a competent General Manager, if the NRL insist that the position be called CEO, so be it.

The fact is it is a small business that other than a possibility of "high profile" would have no appeal to any professional CEO of consequence.

Good to see we both care about Manly
Go the mighty Sea eagles !!!

No telling, but let me just say my advice comes from someone who actually personally knows him, and whom I trust implicitly.

Whilst it looked to me like he was Wayne ( especially with the inside knowledge ) he's not.

I don't know his actual name but it's not Wayne!!

Seriously mate I would have been even MORE worried about the quality of our MWSE admin, if we had actually found out that BOZO was a part of it.

The guy attempts to validate his points with random pictures??? WTF!!!

His self proclaimed "inside" knowledge is about as plausible as the possibility of him having an actual backroom role for the MWSE.

Backroom Bozo Insider??? More like Backdoor Bozo Arselicker.
