Maybe Seibs wants Weekes to get some game time, and Blacktown is where it’s best achieved, where he’ll play the full 80.

We were smart in Mudgee… worked out being on an odd competition point # would take pressure off all season in the F&A.

Having said that, we probably weren’t so smart in taking a Newcastle game there, given they are probably in closest proximity.

My guess would be something like Bullemor to centre.

You just need a second rower who can play in the backline. Maybe it's even Fainu.

I imagine it would be 2nd rower to centre, parker/Harper to wing, Garrick/Saab to FB.

Not sure who would cover the halves though.

They may well have turned the corner on losing the unloosable , but it’s more likely they haven’t.

it'll be interesting to see how the team performs (obv) and hopefully we don't get what nsw do year after year. Strong team on paper, but forget it's still 13 on 13 and lose more often than not.

For somebody who challenges the negative nellies on here you seem to carry more than your own fair share of negativity, Mark. It seems to be a bit of a key theme for you... negativity vs positivity. The coming game isn’t negativity , although it looks like it I guess , we should win and win well but I look back at similar games in past years and its these east ones we have stupidly lost.

If we win and win well maybe they’ve put that in the past , and if so I’ll be like a pig in mud!

I completely understand the apprehension, mate. I'm also worried about the health and well-being of all of us old farkers (and some of the young 'uns too). Positivity undoubtedly supports our health and well-being as much as the negativity corrodes it.

I’m exceptionally positive.

A good young team , maybe short a couple to get us to that next step , new coaches going great , the Fortress actually a fort again, so much to be positive about.

Nevertheless, in the past, it’s games just like this that we should have won easily that we go in all half cocked and get our arses smacked , so with that in mind I’m slightly worried ( but not negative ).

Hopefully we will put a cricket score on the Tigpies this week as I won’t be as positive until we get a schlaking like 2021 under our belt this season to get the attack confidence way up and assist our F&A.

I call how I see it, and all the indicators are pointing to a big win on Sunday. 1 Schuster and Garrick are back in, 2 Saab's looking stronger and fitter 3 Tommy's starting to impose himself more physically and 4 the forwards will be wanting to build solidly from the Storm game going forward.
