Time to remember the beginning of the Manly Dream

Wow, that was a trip down memory lane. There were quite a few clips in there that had me recalling where I was exactly listening to the radio call at the time. There was even the odd game I was at watching from a completely different angle. Thanks for the memories.

Chechin will be the ref and stitch us up with many outrageous decisions. He'll be chaired off the ground blubbering like a baby with his shoulder hanging from its socket. Ray Warren will have a hard on for the whole thing in the commentary box. Nines ratings highest in years. Job done

Realistically, it should be against the Bulldogs, not us - the team that got rid of him because he was 'too small' and 'not good enough'. Not because he was the ringleader of some unsavoury off-field activities, of course - it definitely wasn't that.

As for Thurston.
Of all the rabbiting on about sCam, cronk and Slater, JT is the only one who should be considered for immortality.
He is the best half I have seen.

My main focus is obviously a Manly Premiership, but if that can't happen I want all the other teams to be at full strength so they can knock the Boncos out of the finals. Thurston out may mean one less team to beat the Boncos, waaaahhh.
