I have come to the conclusion that most on here love a good team list yes?

I have one for you. over the past 10 years name your best starting 13 that got away either from the junior program or even the first team. I look at the NRL as a whole and there are some great manly Kids/guys killing it in other teams, mostly because of our decade (ok bit over the top but at least 7 or 8 seasons) of dominance and the lack of chance.

The only two I’d have back over any of our current squad is Hiku and gutho. Buhrer when you aren’t looking at him through maroon coloured glasses (still love the bloke as a manly clubman) ain’t that great. Jwh can be provide that hard out aggression we lack sometimes but I think afb and Taupau are twice as talented. Ramien is also pretty talented but wouldn’t have him over kelly or walkz

I thought I read somewhere a few years ago that Like Keary had a year in our junior system but was let go (due to being too small or something like that).
Can’t find anything on Wiki.

We also let go a young bloke, a backrower called Menzies, he could certainly sniff out a try or two....could have gone on I reckon.

And we let go DCE but corrected that little error rather promptly.
