What a shame we’re losing Lawton. Not just for his footballing abilities, but he is obviously a popular team man.

Great to see the ‘Forgotten Man’, Brad Parker, there too. I wonder how many times he ran off Foz to score a try?

Hard to think of any player that's left Manly yet remained so popular if not beloved in the hearts of many fans. Particularly after the circumstances of his first exit, and the massive impact that had on the club through the ensuing DCE deal.

No doubt it helps that he came back to the fold (and second time round it was actually the club that showed him the door, sometimes Manly has been a dumb club.)

I believe Foz has signed on to play one more season at the Titans. Maybe we can offer him some sort of coaching role here at Manly after his playing days are done. He's such a respected player, good role model for the younger players coming through.

Per the Daily Telegraph, we're looking at bringing him back.

He's completely geriatric, but I would absolutely kill to have him back. He's a class act, who unlike DCE, knows how much he's worth, and always puts his club first. Can't see him leaving Des though unfortunately.

wow short memory. While the Club was trying to sign both DCE and Foran they in the end went for Foran. Trouble was he had signed with eels without saying anything. If he had spoken up DCE would have signed for under $1m. He cost the club $m's.

Yeah hardly the golden boy… in fact, you might say he taught Chez everything he knows… on and off the field…

Foz is the best thing that ever happened to Chez.. he is like the golden goose…

But in the current circumstances I reckon he could be a valuable pick-up for one last season. Think also is off contract at The Titans at end of this year.

I loved Foz, sooo good the first time round and I never blamed the club for chasing him as the priority over Chez…

…but he did the club dirtier than a Sunday night at Stillettos when he left, he should never have come back and he is certainly not the answer now…

Yep,they’re throwing out the names of experienced halves that are on the market come seasons end.Fogarty,Reynolds,Foran all mentioned thus far and yet none of them are Isaac Moses clients
