No, real grass. I think that stadium swings both ways (ie, grass or artificial turf). Interestingly enough, there's been a move back towards grass surfaces in the NFL over the past couple of seasons. Too many avoidable injuries on the artificial stuff.

It’s definitely been ‘Photoshopped’ and someone is just taking the ‘piss’ for whatever reason. It’s easy to tell if you enlarge the photo. Completely different shading and skin texture.
