Cronk did exactly that at times. The big difference was his kicks were good kicks and his team then used their defence as attack. We do neither of those things.

We are a mentally weak team that is poorly lead. This isn't just a DCE issue, it is a Senior playing group issue. I was never a fan of Brooks and I haven't seen anything to change my mind. As a mentally weak and poorly lead team we recruited a proven loser who has had much the same issues for the entirety of his career. I think I said in the predictions thread we would finish around 12th or same as last season and everything I have seen so far makes me more convinced than ever.

For me the saddest part is knowing that we don't have long til we won't get to see him in a Manly jersey again. It's not so much about how we can cope without him, it's like Cliffy, had his moments where you shake your head, but I just love watching him play footy.
