They are rorting the cap in a smart way.
Players get unders to play only to get good pays when retired or family getting jobs for doing almost nothing.

For us being in crisis is our own doing, under the Penn model this won’t change. If we had an owner like Uncle Nick we would have been a top 4 side regularly with more premierships.

The second, I’m not so sure.

The latest report was DCE felt disrespected during contract talks and decided to go on TV and announce he was going to play anywhere else.

Maybe it was both, or one or the other.
