Sure that Sheens still has a lot of general respect in the coaching sphere and still would have something worthwhile to offer
Whether he would be the type of coach that could come into the present Manly coaching setup and system and offer the right balance and smooth interaction could be another matter.
Probably will never be able to gauge properly just how well Flanaghan did or did not contribute
something of good value to assist Seibold or lift the side overall .
Need a reasonably well credentialed assistant to help get the best out of any i st grade side
No immediate urgency but good to have it sorted before not too long

Rookie WebSter is proving to be a Smart Cookie and Star Head coach

The Warriors are in the top 4 and are finals bound and this has been an amazing turnaround
The Warriors finished second last last season with a minus 292 deficit

Don’t think a discussion is needed,he shouldn’t get an extension.The team has not improved in his 18 months.They are losing the same way as last season and much like last year,the wins are far from convincing.No excuses this year,this is his(managers) team

He had his opportunity this year but one point from a possible eight in four games with huge leads with a full strength team will be very hard to explain when we miss the eight again.

I have been optimistic about Seibs. I felt positive about having him here and was quite happy with the recruitment decisions (especially this year)… I am finally starting to turn and ask questions. I don’t think it’s all on him at all, and I think this club is in trouble in the bigger economic picture. It’s a gloomy time to be a supporter of this club

I’m done with Seibs. The whole approach to the way we play is off…got some many naturally gifted footballers…all they needed was someone to bring hard edge and we’d be fine…instead he decided to coach us to throw the ball around all off season. Worst defence in the league by a long way….
