He has the potential to be a top 3 forward in the whole competition, is rumoured to be on 500–650k AND broncos would pay some of his freight until end of next year.

why would we not go for it? He isn’t a criminal like matt lodge just lacks discipline which our system could give him.

Sironen is on 450k apprently, and off contract next year.

Here's how it could be done:
A straight swap for the rest of this season with both clubs paying their respective player their full salary for 2021.
In 2022 Brisbane continues to pay Con his "Manly salary". What Con would be seeking is a regular shot at playing First Grade which he'd get at the Donkeys. The advantage for Brisbane is that (a) they get a decent halfback and fill-in hooker, (b) they are paying him a fraction of Junior's salary so it improves their Cap position.
In 2022 Manly pays Junior his full "Bronco salary", but his contract runs out at the end of that season. Manly finances this substantial (and some say bloated) salary by releasing Lance, Jetski and Sir Loin. They replace them with promising (and less expensive) talent from the Manly juniors and Blacktown. The advantage for Manly is that Junior is a potential SOO-quality player and may flourish in our system. Also, Con, Lance, Jetski and Sir Loin are surplus to our needs (harsh, but true).
Come 2023 Manly and Junior can decide to continue their futures with a new contract, or not. By then Kapow will be close to retiring, and Junior could be the club's 'strongman'.

As an aside when ever anyone complains about players not honouring contracts this is a pretty average look

Not really the best of example, after all he was agitating for a release and shopping himself around 12 months ago and then had "that" meeting with Tigers 3 weeks ago.
End of the day the contract will be paid if he doesn't go.
