So initial rumours had Marty heading to St Merge, No, then an immediate release to the slime, No, Fins were said to have expressed an interest, Probably, now his supposedly off to the vermin, interesting. I wonder which club will be next in line for his services?
Seriously I thought he played his best footy for us in a long while last couple of weeks, especially last week, might of finally hit home he needs to play for his future. I‘m hoping he has a real dig for the remainder of the year. I’m kind of glad we didn‘t release him, as much as I get frustrated with his brain explosions.
Finishing the year with us making the finals, I think most will be happy with that. I almost feel like it’s one of those 50-50 calls, where he‘ll most likely sign elsewhere to see out his career and we may have to watch him play quality football for another club on the cheap after forking out big dollars, having said that theres also every chance Marty will be Marty and nothing much will change.
We need a big game from our forwards this week and hopefully his out to impress potential suitors and takes up the challenge to keep our season alive.

I kid, I kid. But Klemmer is a substantial upgrade on Marty. Wish we could have him.
