Ok guys who do you think will be surprise packets this year..... I seem to think Newcastle and Brisbane

I think Newcastle overachieved and will be back around the 8th spot. I just don't rate Mullen that highly. When on song he's unreal, but that just comes one out of 4 or 5 games.

I'm tipping the Warriors as the surprise packet. Just because. Not necessarily because of Tomkins, but more because I think it's about time in their cycle to go on a run again (so basically no logic at all).

Really? They are very hard to gauge, but I just figure they've been off for a season or two, and that's when they tend to come back out and start pulling off some amazing wins.

So given my tipping history, I'd say the Warriors will now get the spoon!
