I love Harper too, he can be literally anything (even a NZ international). But he's really fallen off the cliff effort wise. So sad, he's one of my favorites.

The way our luck's gone we would have lost the challenge. Looked to me like Tommy was just careless anyway.

Been a big learning curve, most of the team never played a finals game. Lets start the second half well and see what happens

I think he might be trying to do too much. Just catch and run hard. Tackle your man hard that's it. Might be overthinking it at the moment.

The sad thing is that right now, all 4 Melbourne tries have come off the back of Morgan Harper errors.

2 dropped balls, a one on one steal and a missed tackle. All by Harper, all resulted in Melbourne tries.

Yep, there’s no denying that. I’m just so gutted for the bloke. (Especially after watching his MWSE one on one.)

Everything **** about our performance came from the early mistake from Harper. When you’re inexperienced, you need to start well and get your tail up. We started with a couple of errors that led to tries and everything from there is just a compounding of the confidence crisis suffered as a result.

we aren’t that bad but our inexperienced players are shell shocked and no Croker was as bad as I expected it to be.
