State of Origin 2020 discussion

Who would have thought. DCE wins the match with his goal kicking against Cleary. 2 kicks from the sideline.

DCE should goal kick for Manly. Helps him concentrate better during the match.

Gutherson having another shocker with his second try assist for JAC.

Clearly not State of Oregon standard. This will be his last SOO game, until next week.

Big fan of his but it was an average second half from him as it was for the whole team. But he didn’t cost them the game and he wasn’t the problem though. As you say he had two try assists and it was his strong kick return that kick started the set for NSW’s other try.

His knockers will have diarrhoea over the only QLD try that was on him though

DCE showed he was the best halfback in Australia.
Cleary, Keary, Wighton and Gutherson were disappointing.
Ado-Carr was outstanding, as was Gayguy for Qld.
Junior Paulo was impressive. He is the best prop in the game now; a faster version of AFB.

DCE was the best? Who is the best now? 😉

1. First half, an inexperienced Qld team feed Chez the ball nearly 5 times out of every 6, leaving him to do everything. Doesnt stop trying but nsw pick him off. Second half, munster, friend, and hunt step up and chez is near unstoppable. To all the DCE-haters, watch and learn. Congrats to Qld, and big congrats to our champion no. 7
2. State of Origin has clearly shown how crappy the 6-again rule is for the game. Too fast and sloppy for anyone to savor the true intensity and build up of momentum that rugby league is built upon
