I could be wrong here, but I thought I saw Dugan get grabbed by the legs and impeded in his chase after toeing the ball through, just before the following possession that Qld scored on. It seemed clear to me and the ref seemed to be looking directly at it. I was just waiting for him to blow the whistle. Of course, not a single farking replay.
