This is ridiculous. I have no idea why we played either of these guys in a trial. Our season will be over before it begins if these injuries keep happening.

I tend to agree, as I was sitting close to the bench. Tom was not happy about coming off and sat on the bench with no ice on his ankle. Therefore thought it was minor and more precautionary. Hopefully anyway!
Snake came off just 3mins into the 2nd half, wasn't limping and didn't seem concerned, but went to the sheds and didn't return. So that's anyone's guess how bad it is...

Agreed mate. They could just as easily get injured in round 1. Better to be injured now and miss less NRL games. Injuries are a fact of life. Only way not to get injured is don't play at all but then you might get injured crossing the road (à la Liam Knight).

Barrett has got till round six to turn things around or he will be gone.
