Smart and Savvy Recruitment

Given the situation we find ourselves in currently with being a mid table club, an aging lacklustre forward pack, a salary cap squeeze with 13 minimum type players off contract end of the year. I think the club needs to sniff around the warriors youth coming through. They have a surplus amount of them, and they cannot all fit. The club should look into trying to snare some of these blokes in our rebuilding process. Some are probably better then what we have now ie burbo. And some are probably a year or two from flourishing given some game time. I have composed a list for shots and giggles but I feel like this is the approach and action we should be taking. Somewhat salary cap friendly also.

Halasima is the big fish out of them. He is gonna be a star. But most of them would be good targets in my opinion

My son tipped Halisima for my tryscorer multi last weekend. Tbh I hadn’t heard of him. Like always fall one tryscorer short! Had a juicy multi rolling as well. Halisima, Arthurs, Metcalf (all got across the stripe) and shibisaki who failed the multi. Was close to 100-1 I recall.

Yeh scored last 3 games or so, Shibasaki has been far shorter on opportunities recently, as has Staggs
