Is anyone shocked Paseka lasted longer than DCE?

I wonder if Aloiai's elimination was footy based? In my view, he's probably what, 4th best forward on the team? Paseka, Haumole, Jake, Josh? Oh wait, I missed Bully. Maybe 5th. I mean...before James ? Ouch.

I was VERY shocked Croker went 10th. I felt sure sure top 4-5 for him. Given we only started on 5 points though, there are.people who get addicted to eliminating and finishing the game rather than their actual faves.

Are people keen to keep this going next season? Start it earlier ? Change anything ? Would love more participants somehow? We could change it to each player starting on say 10 points, and only minuses are voted. Or was it an annoying stupid game ? I got a few nasty old messages about it, I tell you haha

I only participated right at the end , I’ll go earlier next year.

As far as AoA is concerned, most on here tarnished him with “ JerseyGate” which personally I think was unfair.

As the most senior Poly player ( at the time ) he fronted the media and from that day on was designated “ the instigator “.

Mind you for the $$$ he’s on he hasn’t exactly set the world on fire.

One of the better things for this season, is there’s actual competition for almost every spot.

I don’t mind Bully starting and I thought he looked quite good doing so in the trial, but I do worry we’d lose some of the impact he brings off the bench. Either way I’d definitely be finding a way to give him more minutes and would also like to see him share the field with Paseka more often, think they could work very well in tandem.

As for the game. I think one with all time Manly players could be very interesting, but may cause a few too many debates and arguments given the clashes of generations haha

Next year: minus votes only for sure. It was maddening seeing post after post of people cancelling out each other's votes. The format was also clunky as hell. Surely it could be done using the poll function of the site somehow?
