Ferris's leg-speed is great ... when he gets going but unfortunately we've only seen him get going a couple of times this season.
As a tackler, I'd have him in the defensive side along with Matty Ballin any day, but in attack he seems to take the wrong option and gets caught with the ball too often.
As a replacement for Glen, I really hope he does well but he ain't in Glen's class... just yet.
