Salary Cap Witch Hunt. **Appeal unsuccessful**

Manly can appeal, and its in their hands to pursue an appeal.

Turd has said Manly are cap compliant and therefore cannot be deducted points.
 
If we have done what is alleged then we are lucky to not receive a more harsh penalty

And you would like to think that at some point Penn would be addressing that issue of guilt or innocence in his public statements after he has already come out previously stating we have done nothing deliberate and they are only questionable technical breaches.

Manly have been fined $750k and will be forced to operated on a salary cap of $330k below other clubs for the next 2 seasons over breaches totalling $1.5m over 5 years.

  • A $660,000 penalty to be applied to the club's salary cap. This will affect the club's salary cap this year and next year;
