I’m not sure what’s going on with the reffing in this game seems to be very much reaction to the big crowd than common sense.

Yeah, this... plus, seems neither ref is willing to take control but second-guessing themselves and looking for the other guy to take control.

Maybe the storm mgt told the players that a lot of tpa's were going to have to go before the auditors come along and 'do a manly' on them.

That is what I still don't get. After all this time its obvious that when a decoy runner stops in the defence line they are going to get pinged for obstruction, especially when a try has been scored. You would think players would have it drummed into them......DO NOT STOP IN THE DEFENSIVE LINE.

Yet game after game we see the same dumb play.

This is another case where people are questioning his right to play when he is innocent until proven guilty. The NRL has no right to interfere until/if a court rules that he has sinned.
