Who we tipping next game?

I put Knights in my multi after all the Origin outs were announced but dunno whether to change the tip.

Ponga has been in good nick but the Knights were pretty **** last week as well.

Paix is already upset. Walters moving to the bench won’t mind either. He knows his place. Who else will be displace?

Strengthen it. He’s an elite level 9 which neither Smoothy or Paix are, at least this stage in their careers. Plus he’s a leader on and off the field and will be wonderful in training our young halves and hookers.

Additionally, if one of Reynolds or Mam go down for some reason, he slots straight in there and currently, our halves depth is not great as Madden was pretty average in both games he’s started this year.

He could well be right, it probably is a flawed system. Shame he wasnt saying it when Penrith or Melbourne did it. If he bought it to light then he could have shut it down.

It's been flawed since 2020 though... and yet the NRL doubled down on it.

Anyone with more than half a brain was already flagging this situation as a risk when it showed how much of a farce it was from TPJ going to the panthers 4 weeks out from finals.

I can see us giving them both Smoothy and Paix, they have no Hooker depth using Mbye as backup some games, Mozer can be 3rd choice now as he has been playing very good in Qcup in the top of the table Magpies.
