Yeah I was disappointed in his performance tonight too. Didn’t run as hard as he could. Felt he ran much harder last week. Needs to do it when the going isn’t so easy.

So, Turbo finally puts in a brilliant game last week and has us excited again… then decides to not bother turning up tonight when the game was there…. DCE at least turned up in the second… far from great, but there, going at it. Turbo was down at the Mildura pokies putting some coins through the slots. I’m so peeved with that from him tonight.

The team was totally busted by injuries after a horror first 20 minutes. What you have to admire is they hung in there and took some timely intercepts to get close.

Surely we must NOT play an injured player, Aloia was a passenger out there and it cost us.

Yeah we really needed a bit more intensity from Turbo but I think he used up a lot of petrol covering all those long range breaks that his brother kept letting through.

Not really sure what to say about that...we came back well considering we had no centre on either side...please don't say Burbo is a centre....but let's be honest ..Easts were woeful in that second 40... woeful.

Credit to is, they really should have run in 50 but we rode some luck and stayed in it.

Lawton, Bully and Jake were sensational in defence, no misses between them.

Felt a bit sorry for Ben, I think Suuali is the best centre in the game, if not he is certainly top 3.

They hit hard in every tackle, we showed a lot of heart to make up the scoreboard with so many out and playing injured. Very proud of that.

The roosters were the better team but at least Manly stayed in it. A less resilient team would have mailed it in at half time.

I don't get the hate for Tom on here. He isn't the 2021 Tom but he is still our best player (and only a couple of weeks from coming back from a fairly serious injury)

Yeah that's the thing unfortunately. He's a good defender normally but he was marking against some very good players.
