Rickettson to announce his retirement today !!

I just heard Ray Hadley on the radio saying that he expects Ricko to announce his retirement at midday today.

Apparantly the Roo$ter$ want to free up some money to enable them to retain Michael Crocker.

As a follow up to my original post , this announcement of retirement will be effective immediately , therefore Ricko's career with the Roosters is OVER !!

Roosters fans won't be happy tonight . ( Hopefully for 2 reasons )

Last time Manly played the rooters over there on a Ricko occasion we got flogged. I think it was his 200th game for them or something along those lines. Uh oh!

well quitting straight away wont help the slaray cap cause as next year is the issue anyway and croicker already has a contract for this year so logic suggests end of season
