What are your thoughts on the performance of Hayne.

I thought it was one of the better efforts ive seen in recent times. He allowed the play to flow and if something was borderline and not dangerous he didnt blow his whistle. He wasnt perfect but you cant ask for that.

If each games could match that standard i would be very happy.

He may well have won himself an origin jersey as well.

I think he read the obstruction completely wrong. Decoy runners were deliberately taking the defense out and no penalty - the exact opposite of the farce we normally see.

Other than that it was a good performance.

The obstruction rule will take a while to settle down to a happier medium, there is pain yet to be had there, hopefully not ours

Was thinking about this last night, never been a big fan of him but at the moment i think i would have him as the number 1
