Hess hasn't played for Australia and Arrow just PM 13 if that counts. If this info is legit, technically it has to be Arrow but he's contracted with Souths till 24. I think this is bs unfortunately

I wouldn't mind Fifita for a year to.add a bit of mongrel, he'd be cheap as chips and would fill a need until we've got more money to attract someone better, apart from Aloiai we're too soft up front and I don't see Paseka or Keppie becoming what we need either of them to be
