The Foxtel team were lording Cherry’s game management skills at the end. He kept handing the ball to second rowers to charge at the Sharks line. Obviously the right strategy at the time. They ignored that fact that that was all he’d done all game long.

Look I’m not having a go here at dce but to play as a halfback only to kick into touch on tackle 5 to give our forwards a rest isn’t enough.He needs to run the ball more similar to what most of the other halfbacks do.There were so many holes in that canberra defence tonight dce could have ran into they looked as tired as us but he chooses not to.

Canberra are one the dumbest teams around.

They have been for several years (used to be Joey Leilua on a regular basis)!
Today though they just weren't good enough, too many errors.

I know Elliott will fill in at fullback and give his all while Tommy is out, but I still reckon his best position is centre. One dud decision in defence, but he was regularly skipping past Crocker when we had the ball.

Agree Elliot has done very well at centre but we don't seem to have any other full back options. Someone asked about Hoppa but surely not ready.

Haha agreed.. Croker couldn't handle getting owned by a reserve grader/back up player. Even threw the ball at him. Croker has been **** all year i have him in my supercoach (yes i know)

If the correct call was made in the Parramatta game giving us the win we would be sitting in first position on the ladder.

I thought the ref Atkins had a very good game for Manly tonight - many 50,/50 calls went our way. Turbo dropping the ball which every other ref would have said knock on, not knock back.

It was a pleasant surprise.

Canberra are one the dumbest teams around. If they focused more on tackling instead of stripping they might have got us. Seemed every set they attempted strips. And failed alllll night.
