I feel for the Tigers fans as 5 of their players will be Sharks in 2013
Their roster is thin on the ground, so the new Coach will have a few years' 'rebuilding' lines to trot out.

The Eels, I reasoned, will be whipped into a structure by Stuart.
They will want to impress him as he rivals the Son of Sam in his 'hands on' dictatorial managing style
