I did a bit of a quick search and the closest that I could come up with was the following thread started by Berkeley_Eagle:

http://forums.silvertails.net/Thread-NRL-Prediction-thread

It wasn't a prediction of the whole 1 to 16 finishing positions but rather the top 8 plus a few others as stated below:

Premiers-
Minor premiers-
Top 8-
Wooden spoon-
Dally M Medal-
State of Origin-
Top try scorer-
Most points-

1. Melbourne (Are always up there + Belamy)
2. Manly (New young blood to ensure results + no TDog)
3. Broncos (can't have 2 poor years in a row)
4. Souths ( Same as 2012)
5. Bulldogs (will miss the biter initially + will have TDog's errors)
6. Knights (Bennet shld'nt miss finals 2 yrs running)
7. Raiders (will sneak home at the end)
8. Cowboys ( 2 many players off contract)
9. Sharks (recruited older players, too slow)
10. Eels (Sticky leads to improvement)
11. Warriors (Good roster but won't understand Elliot)
12. Roosters (SBW plays 7 games b4 being injured)
13. Panthers (rebuilding)
14. Titants (Cartwright resigns by mid year)
15. Tigers ( Rebuilding)
16. Saints (Price to be sacked mid year followed by Doust)

1) Melbourne Storm
2) North Queensland Cowboys
3) Canterbury Bulldogs
4) Canberra Raiders
5) South Sydney Rabbitohs
6) Manly Sea Eagles
7) Cronulla Shark
8) Gold Coast Titans
9) Brisbane Broncos
10) Newcastle Knights
11) Parramatta Eels
12) St George Illawarra Dragons
13) West Tigers
14) New Zealand Warriors
15) Penrith Panthers
16) Sydney Roosters

This is always a "guestimate" but it would not surprise me if there a lot of teams that go well in patches but do not have the bases for consistant result ... Warriors, Roosters, eels, Tigers & Panthers.

There are 3 teams that have some stability that are in next lot, Knights, Raiders and Dragons (ok maybe in group above).

Titans to do much more.

Cowboys again but a little better

Broncos is an unknown, did well this year but faded. May be better for the young guys playing so many matches.

Bulldogs were the surprise packet this year. I think there maybe a flat spot for this year (hoping).

Rabbitos may do better but a flip of the coin.

Sharks have got some stability at the club (not quite there yet but everyone can see where it is now going, which is not down the gurgler). Good players and good coach.

Storm had a bad trot in middle but impresssed by how they came back. Should be up there again.

Sea Eagles should have (hoping) a more consistant season and not lose matches they should/must win. I predict they will be there at end. It is a long season and requires some luck no matter what planning is carried out. All the elements are there to be andremain one of the top clubs
