So none used in the first 48 games and 2 in the last 11. Not good odds of playing at all while keeping someone away from game time in reggies. This position needs to be used well.

I think the 18th man should play, at coaches discretion, to replace 2nd or 3rd HIA, for 15 mins only.
He would then have to interchange with a regular reserve.
