Our season is overall characterised by the resilience our team has built by overcoming adversity through out the year

I can sense a big game from the boys tomorrow. Let's see how close this will be:

• Manly take an early 12 - 0 lead

• Parra will bring it back to 12- 6

• Manly will score just before half time to make it 18 - 6

• Manly score first in the second half 22 - 6

• Parra get some momentum and get it to 22 - 12

• Manly put them away impressively 28 - 12

• AFB gets man of the match

You’re slipping mate... you usually include Zachary in between Robert and Fulton.

I'm confident that's how they'll run out. we are in it top win it but we are also building for the (near) future so our million dollar man won't be offered a chance to put his feet up, Des will want him out there guiding our players and working on his own game.

DCE needs a really solid dominant performance leading into the finals. His form had been below par of late and if we are to be any chance in the finals he needs to step up. Without thommo in the team he needs to be THE leader out there, he needs to man up. It’s all great to talk the self belief talk and the cliches, let’s see him take the game by the scruff of the neck and deliver some quality half back play. Kicking game needs to be A+ tonight and he needs to drive our superior pack around as they should dominate the eels. No point limping into the finals, if we want to send a message then we need to start playing with finals football intensity this weekend. He plays well and the rest will follow. Without turbo it’s on him now to be the match winner

The DCE leadership and self belief in the Team did get us this far regardless of the key players that we have lost through out the season
