Player Nicknames

OK you lot,

Most of you seem to fancy your acerbic wits, yet when you look at the list of nicknames that are around for the players, we can't do much better than what is already out there, or some lame shortening of a surname (although Halfasanga and Sione Alphabet rate pretty highly). If we fancy ourselves as a bunch of manly fanatics I reckon we should be able to come up with some nicknames for the players that have extremely convoluted origins and/or are a biting commentary on our players.

Also some of our newcomers need to be christened in true silvertails style.
