Not as many penalties tonight, you can bet Manly still get pinged for inside the 10 and hand on the ball plenty of times on Sunday.
Judging by last week, we now get pinged for inside the 13.

More on our breaking story from earlier.
The spaghetti was cooked to perfection and the sauce was topped nicely with Parmesan. A good meal was had and my compliments to the chef......me 😉
I thought we all only ate sausage rolls???More on our breaking story from earlier.

Ah lets see... I picked the bulldogs and looking at the stats, 500 more run metres, 200 more post contact metres, 15 more offloads, I'm sure I've finally started the week with a tipping win.
6-0 roosters

Mate, the Dogs had absolutely ZERO in attack. They had nothing. Their best chance came in about 30 minutes in after Latrell Mitchell got sin-binned for tackling Foran without the ball 8 metres out (which mysteriously stopped him scoring despite two other Chooks defenders in front of him). Late in that 10 minutes Brett Morris jinked across field from the left about 10 or so metres out and found Foran running into a gaping hole that would have seen him untouched under the posts. But being a winger he put the pass behind Foran who promptly knocked on and that was that.
And the Chooks only score? More individual brilliance from Mitchell who turned nothing 20 metres out into a try in the corner (which he easily converted). If he doesn't play in the NSW #3 jumper this year they are kidding themselves.
I don't think woods ever touches the ball. Could be pinged every time he is tackled.
That match - Manly V Easts - was one of the finest in the past 20 years. The two teams were a lot stronger than those last night and the standard of play infinitely higher.Don't get me wrong, both teams worked themselves to near exhaustion out there. But it was just endless hit ups and kicks. Latrell Mitchell made the only line break of the entire game. THE ENTIRE GAME!!!! And that was in the 4th minute.
Both teams showed some solid defence, but neither showed much of anything with the ball in hand.
Phil Gould said it was a great game to watch because it was grinding and absorbing. But seriously, it had nothing on the Manly vs Chooks games of a few years back where the score was like 4-0 or something like that. At least those games had both teams throwing everything they could and more into the attack AND defence, not just defence.
Yeah, I was at that game with my Roosters-supporting brother. If we'd taken the penalty goals on offer, we would have won. Hiku, playing fullback, was immense and got the man of the match award if I remember rightly. Every time I see him playing for another team I think of that game. That match - Manly V Easts - was one of the finest in the past 20 years.
