Other Games - Round 7, 2018

Warriors going great. A big ten minutes coming up without Green.
What's the go with the lack of replays by Fox? I wanted to see how Tohu Harris got knocked out so bad, then with the stop in play they end up showing replays of the first try? WTF.

Yeah, I was at that game with my Roosters-supporting brother. If we'd taken the penalty goals on offer, we would have won. Hiku, playing fullback, was immense and got the man of the match award if I remember rightly. Every time I see him playing for another team I think of that game.

We made 3 line breaks that night whilst the Roosters made none. They were only able to score off a grubber in our red zone very early on. DCE also created a wonderful opportunity midfield which could have resulted in a try but Wolf dropped the pass cold. We definitely should have taken the penalty goals on offer

Haha. Graham touches the ball and cost the Drags a try....otherwise known as the MFBT effect (Mark From Brisbane Tipping effect)

Should have been awarded a try.

Graham knocks it on and RTS collects the ball. Play on.
What would have happened had he run the length and scored ?
Still a knock on ?

Defends on the MFBT effect

Greenturd's decreed that the NZ team must do well this year, the referees have been told.
They're on a good run with ref's calls at the moment.

I think for sure RTS had taken the advantage rule.

Well, except for the penalty count tonight, of course.

That boat sailed, and let’s see how good he looks in year 2 or 3, I have a feeling he’ll become their “ Nate Myles “ by then!
I can't think of anyone else who's had the kind of Nate Myles experience we've had. Special!

Count can be deceptive, they got a shedload of penalties in a row for offside and infringements on their own tryline.
You could argue there was clear leniency that no one ended up in the bin.
Would Manly have been given the same benefit? (especially with Perenara in the game)

Except for Blake Green ending up in the bin ?

Cummins was lead ref tonight.
