Very much so. I always expected to them to be sagging by the end of the season, looks like its started early.
An ageing champion side, we've seen this before. Even aside from the early retirements, Cordner, Friend, the Morris's, JWH, and a few more, are getting on a bit, so class was likely to keep them in the running for a while but not when the whips start cracking.

Chompers Tabasco looked like he was playing injured last night. He is like Great Britain, c.1942. Holding the fort against the Axis, but with the US behemoth (read Turbo) about to overwhelm him as the principal western ally.

I'd rather Jake doing rehab than making it worse in origin or in nothing games like tomorrow.
