Interesting fact. This is actually the Storm's 5th game in Adelaide.

They played Penrith at Hindmarsh Stadium in 2007, the Dogs at Adelaide Oval in 2010 and 2011, and the Chooks at the Oval in 2017 and now 2018.

And not once have they been the home team.

That was an interesting post game moment, Cronk literally shook and gave each Storm player a hug then came up to SCam shook his hand and as SCam went for a hug Cronk just continued walking past him.

After the game Cronk just shook hands with his old team mates and looked dirty he’d lost. He didn’t stay and around laughing with his old mates.

Let that be a lesson about how to lose a game to all the players.
It should hurt and that’s why Cronk was and is still so good.

Cronk may still be good, but I think it was his own fault that his two FG attempts were charged down.

The Storm may have been offside both times, but on the first kick he took way too long, and the second he was far too shallow.

The Chooks could and should have won that game but only have themselves to blame. Tupou bombed a try and how Mitchell missed that penalty kick from right in front is beyond me.

Tonight's attendance in Adelaide was 17,728. Not bad given the weather that's been around here today. Still, that is 35,855 below the Ovals official capacity of 53,583.

It was the 6th largest rugby league attendance at the Adelaide Oval (behind those I pointed out on the previous page), and the 6th largest overall in Adelaide.

The only Adelaide Rams home game attendance that beat it was when they got 27,435 to their first ever home game against the Hunter Mariners on 14 March 1997. No other Rams home game attracted over 17,633. That first home game attendance was in fact the largest crowd the Rams ever played in front of.....anywhere.

I do fully expect the 2020 Origin game here to get a full house of somewhere around 53,000.

It's SCam, a Liverpool kiss should be obligatory or a really tight hug around the neck......next year I hear they're bringing in a new No hugs for SCam rule.

The Roosters boys were all livid after that loss. It's because they actually care. I wish we had that passion and pride to be honest.

If we lose, but had that mentality, I'd be sweet.

I read one a few weeks back but it was more like smith has 'withdrawn' his friendship and cronk doesn't know why. So I guess he moved on and wasn't going to let sCam get away with it on tv.
