How sweet it is , to see Queen Gutho and his right hand bitch princess Michelle Moses get lapped by the dogs no less , humbled I would say ,and hopefully resulting in them living up to thier hard fought and long enjoyed reputation as May Premiers , may it be another 36 yrs before they get anywhere near a Premiership

So how do you work this out, Parra beats the Storm and the Riff, but can’t beat the Dogs and the Tigpie‘s with both running last, least we beat the Dogs and the Tigpie’s, should of beat Parra too, we’ll we did beat them really, barring cumstains effort, then the Dogs who usually only beat themselves turn up and beat the Chooks and the Slime, good luck putting a form line through that stuff.

Eels stuffed my multi. 😔

I checked the tipping comp this morning and I was 7/8. There were plenty of tipsters on the same. I thought that’s ok, cause I haven’t tipped a round since…..um never! But I thought surely it’s in the bag. Then I heard Warren Smith say Steve Mortimer was there with all his family. And I just got a twinge of doubt. I’ve met and seen Mortimer at a cpl footy lunches over the years. And he is a really nice bloke. Very inspirational speaker. But I quickly put that thought to one side, as I didn’t give the Dogs a bees dick chance of competing, let alone winning.
I know there is 15-20 ppl from the tipping comp would’ve felt the same.
But in all honesty, it was worth the lost tip to see Parra humbled. And knowing the Dogs supporters would be giving it to the Eels fans on the way home.(Fark, I’d hate to be a transit cop after the game.)

* Oh, and play of the game for mine was Burton knocking the ball out of Moses hands as he’s about to plant it. The look of disbelief on Moses’ face in the replays was priceless!

It was a very easy round to tip . . up until the final match.
Next round is a lot harder, right up to the final match.
I'm sure the Dogs will now start favourite to beat the Tuggers but I have a feeling their winning streak will remain at one.
