Record 10 World Cup Podium's in December, 2022!

Australia’s winter sports athletes have continued their remarkable start to the competition season over the weekend, with victories to Jakara Anthony and Scotty James, a silver medal to Josie Baff and an additional bronze medal to Jakara Anthony. In other news, Jackie Narracott retuned to form, Alex Ferlazzo had another PB and Harry Laidlaw was very fast in two Europa Cups.

In total Australian athletes have now won ten medals this month including seven victories, making it the most successful start to a northern winter, with five individual athletes in separate disciplines recording World Cup wins.

Snowboard Halfpipe: James wins gold with one of the greatest halfpipe runs of all time.

Scotty James has made an incredible start to the season, performing one of the finest runs in halfpipe history to score an amazing 99.00 points from the judges to win gold at the World Cup event in Copper Mountain, USA.
