I wrote to the nrl about that hit.

Also, I'm not surprised that s.burgess is the biggest dog in the nrl, I mean someone has to be.

I'm just astounded in how protected he is. He'd have done twice as many weeks as Matai did, if indeed he was judged to the same standard as Steve was.

The guy is a dead set grub, and his on and off field behaviour proves it.

Tom Burgess can accept a one-match ban with an early guilty plea for the striking charge.

How did we lose to the Tigpies? They really haven't played any different all season to how they are tonight, including against us in the first round.

Yep the Tigers dead set looked like they didn't even want to be playing. One team was up for a game - the other wasn't. Which is strange given Madge is meant to be the 'hard task master.' Early days but based on that pathetic disinterested performance you'd almost think the coach is losing his players already.

Maybe. But truthfully, I don't think the Tigpies are all that talented. They've got a lot of serviceable players, but outside the likes of Benji, Farah, Brooks, Mbye and Reynolds.....their talent really does drop off sharply.

And just to add.....

Waddell got 2 weeks for his, which was also his first ever offence, while serial offender Burgess will only get one week with an early guilty?

And the NRL wonders why fans are turning off the game while screaming blue murder about consistent decisions.

I know Nick is Freddys fav but he did fark all. Morris is made for Origin and Turbo was a superstar Blues winger last year - many said our best player. Plenty of time for Cotric later

Based on how they played on Wednesday, if Tom gets through tonight and is straight back into the NSW side like most expect, it should be Cotric who misses out.

However.....

Don't be surprised to see the name T. Trbojevic on the back with the #4 below it come kick-off in Perth.
