Yes, its based of the design principles of Android Nougat and Material design.

We may move to an Oreo one later 🙂

There were some newer material design ones available but, I didn't like how header image heavy they were.

Oreo isn't too different to Nougat anyway (cosmetically at least).

Also, SER8 mentioned that the "view them" link wasn't visible when new messages were added to the thread - found that the link is still there but it's just the same colour as the block so it's not visible.

My mother in law who is a scientist/genius has a book from when the internet could publish every site on the web! Not possible today.

Sorry GE but black font is old school in terms of Web. All the cool kids use grey fonts these days.

The one thing I find odd UX is the create a thread button. Its halfway down the page on the far right, sitting over the next game box.

I realise it scrolls with page, but I had to go looking for it.
