We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

People seem to be confusing membership of the football club and any season ticketing arrangements with that organisation and seasonal membership, via Narrabeen.
The latter obviously do not take into account membership of the former in their calculations.

@Terry Zarsoff - so what membership are they talking about in the email, I have had seats at Brookie since 2006 and the email said I have only been a member since 2013. I have also been a footy club member since before 2013, so either way the email is wrong

Manly Sea Eagles Franchise confirmed that the random date in their CEO announcement is incorrect and will be corrected in future correspondence
I didn't notice it as I just delete any admin related email anyway
