It's disappointing to read so many negative comments since the 2016 season started. Prior to kick off everyone was content & excited at the clubs new signings & prospects for 2016, albeit there were negative comments about Trent Barrett taking over from Geoff Toovey etc. With the boys not playing to their potential & losing winnable games due to either injury, suspension & new combinations, many posts appear to have targeted certain people's abilities &/or pride in wearing the Maroon & White! If it's not bagging DCE then it's Myles, if not Myles then Barrett, if not Barrett then Mateo or Walker or Stewart or Lyon or Williame.......the list goes on & on. Why is this happening? Now with the prospect of T Rex returning to Manly the bagging & negativity continues. Can we not be a little more understanding & realize with a new coach & new players it will take time to gel & perform to our potential! Everyone wants this player & that player at Manly..........well it ain't gonna happen! We have what we have! Do you honestly think these 'other' players will / would make a difference? Maybe, maybe not but why can't we just get behind the coach & players we have. Back them, support them, encourage them..........that's what real Sea Eagle supporters do! We should bag other teams & NOT our own!

Phil Rothfield - do your homework. Manly used to be a blokey club and now employ two women?? Any mention of the other women employed at the club or don't they have the Fulton/Zorba credentials to warrant a mention? If you did your homework like a good journalist should rather than take leaks from your mate Zorba they actually now employ less women than before Joe Kelly's 'reign'.

What about the women that they have gotten rid of? Dee Lees - Community Manager and Football Assistant - over 10 years experience - made redundant. Michelle Carpenter - receptionist and then Community Assistant after 4 years - got rid of her. Both women loved and respected by players. Sandra Vallelonga EA to Joe Kelly and Neil Bare - fired her - too good at her job and too outspoken. Mary Finkelsen - sponsorship, looking after the majors and eagles angels (where are those 22 women by the way??) - got rid of her. Judy Fitzgerald - one of the most loved and respected careers advisor in the industry - bullied her out.

Instead Jacky McCauley - mate of Bob Fulton. Jodie Evans - "mate" of Dean Ritchie. Can we have a look at their CV's?

Culture Shift?? Yes there is one. What was once a strong, dependable club has been taken over by the Mafia like tactics of Fulton and Zorba - both are hemorrhaging their sugar daddy Scott Penn, captained by puppet Joe Kelly and supported by his side kick bully Neil Bare. They have managed to get rid of all the previous people - both in admin and in coaching staff and put in people they can control - including Fulton's family - 2 sons, daughter and even grandchild on game days. Talk about nepotism!

Why are Manly playing bad? It's not the players or the coach. There is just no spirit left. You can see it in all the deflated, uninspired looks on the faces of the players on the field.

Here's a start on how you fix Manly.

1. Get rid of Fulton, Zorba, Joe Kelly and Neil Bare.
2. Get Scott to use some of his millions to buy some balls (and I don't mean footballs). You've bought a football team - man up and run one like a good leader.
3. The people that have bought into the club - step up- open your eyes, get involved and see what these guys are doing to the club.
4. Get Graham Lowe back on board to consult and put people in place that are best for the job - not because they are 'yes' men and women. People that are passionate about football, have good CEO credentials and can run a club with integrity and not fear - as it was before the Penns, Kelly, Bare, Fulton and Zorba took over.
5. Get Tooves back on board as mentor and consultant to the coaching staff.
6. Trent Barrett- verdict still out but we need to give him a go but please get him some personality classes - sometimes he comes across as a member of the Thunderbirds.
7. Make peace with Leagues Club.
8. Bring back the Eagles Angels.

Culture shift? Well we need to shift it back - this is a start. I want my Manly back.

Why get rid of the eagle angels? It is s results driven business and the current mob have wrecked in in less than one year Time for them to go
