Monday Buzz: Manly on verge of signing big name player

I’ll never forgive Segeyaro for calling Brookvale Oval a goat track. He was right of course, but only Manly fans and players can call it that.

They had to dig up and re-lay the playing surface before he would sign.

Hope that work isn’t included towards our salary cap.😉

All players that sign for Manly are Born Again
All is forgiven feathered friend

For people thinking that Segeyaro is going to come in and be a saviour at 9....he is not on a train and trial deal or training with the NRL squad.
He is training with the Workers squad and whilst he may be a starter in reggies and will probably get some game time in this weekends' trial.....if Des was going to be looking at playing him in round 1 or early in the season he would be probably be training with the NRL squad immediately.
If he gets a run in the trial and impresses then who knows....if injuries occur before the season starts etc...then he is a useful insurance policy to have.
