the bloke had no off season,has an injured groin and is frankly past it.he was a great little player for us and did the job we bought him for.we will never see watmough and snake make the same impression in attack - his combinations with them were sensational.on top of that I know for a fact the players loved him and respected him.i was in the sheds after the 08 GF and the one thing I remember clearly is orford with both feet in a bucket of ice(as usual) and the players rallying round him  after he had shrugged off all the criticism as a choker leading up to it.ben kennedy was absolutely glowing in his praise for him that night.

give it a rest and give the guy a bit of dignity.he earned it.

I think the close up shot of Ox's face after he fumbles from the base of the scrum says it all. He'll get better, Dugan will come back and suddenly Raiders will be a threat.

I'm not going to have a shot at Matt Orford, I criticised Roy Asotasi on another thread the other day and I thought he had a great game against us on Friday night....Early days in 2011.
