Beautiful weather on the Beaches, a dry surface, 9 day break, late afternoon game and in front of a Brookie home crowd - all adds to a perfect day for footy. The Titans won't be easy at all. Hopefully Koula, Tuipulotu and Sipley will all play their best with spots up for grabs.

Can't wait to get to Brookie this arvo, first home game since 2019! Excited to see the young guns getting a chance in the backline, would rather Toula at fullback but at least he's in the team. Hopefully Sipley goes better than round 1.

Titans strangely enough have a better record at Bookie than Qld, they have touched us up last 3 games at Brookie winning all 3 and scoring at least 30 each time!! hopefully a better result for us this time!!

How is the old town these days. Used to live behind the old Cessnock sports ground and across the road from the PYC on Wollombi Rd. Think they're both gone now and the old house. Used to sit on our garage roof watching the Goannas go around.

I've been feeling a bit blase about this game, actually been more excited about cooking tomorrow, very slow roast pork shoulder with crackling, some canoli to follow, kids chocolate hunt with tricky riddle clues...

But now that it's game day, getting excited! Will be compulsive viewing to see whether the side can keep the roll going!

No reason why not, another mid-level pretender opponent, a home game at our actual home ground, another chance for Koula and Tuipulotu to show their talents.

Titans have a good record at brookvale oval and this is a real danger game I feel.

It's one of those games if we are serious about playing finals footy we just have to find a way to win.

I can see this being one of those frustrating games by us don't think there will be much in this.

18-10 Titans lead at half time.

28-24 manly win at full time.
